I’m thinking of purchasing a Tesla but drive a good amount for work, so I’m not sure I will have time to sit around waiting for it to charge. How often do you need to charge a Tesla?

You can drive for at least 260 miles on a single charge in any new Tesla but mileage varies slightly based on the type of Tesla you have and your driving habits.
The Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus has the lowest EPA estimated range of 262 miles and the Tesla Model S Long Range has the highest EPA estimated range of 405 miles.
Additionally, charging times also vary greatly based on the type of charger you have access to. For example, a Tesla Supercharger can provide you with 200 miles in just 15 minutes compared to a standard wall connector which provides 44 miles per hour charged.
