“There is no one-size-fits-all answer for this question. If you’re a teenager and male, you’re already going to have some of the highest rates on the market due to the risk of an accident or ticket.
The type of car you drive and whether you’re on your parents’ policy will also make a drastic difference, and if you haven’t done so already, you should inquire about a good student discount.
Since you got into an accident, your car insurance will assuredly go up. But by how much? Only your car insurance provider can answer that.”

How much should I ask for in my claims settlement in Michigan?
"I was not at fault and have $18,000 in medical bills. My car was totaled and I've been paid out for that. I know that since Michigan is a no-fault state, my insurance covers everything until we settle for bodily injury. How much should I ask for in my settlement?"
