I’m interested in getting an electric car to be more eco-conscious, and I found a good deal on a Kia Soul. How much will it cost to insure it?

Kia Souls are great cars, and it’s awesome that you’re looking for ways to be more eco-friendly.
Generally, green cars like electric or hybrids are more expensive to insure because their parts are harder to come by and need special repairs. Insurance companies will protect themselves from the extra cost and will raise the price of insurance.
On average Kia Souls have a monthly premium of $123. The average yearly premium is $1,480. However, there are also a lot of other factors that insurance companies consider when setting your rate, including:
