How much will an Infiniti G37 depreciate?

I’m looking for a suitably adult-ish, but affordable car as I just got a new job and my boss told me I need to “look the part”—I’m still not sure what that means, but I’m doing my best to figure it out. I was looking at some used Infinitis, and the G37 caught my eye, but it looked kinda old. How much will an Infiniti G37 depreciate over time?

An
Infiniti G37
coupe would have seen the most depreciation in its first year of ownership, but that decline would stabilize over time—the 2009 Infiniti G37 was the last year this particular model rolled off the line, but it retained a decent amount of value. A used G37 still commands a decent used pricey—up to $15,000 for a sedan, and up to $12,000 for a Coupe, per Edmunds.
Most vehicles lose most of their value in the first few years of ownership, but some more than others do a better job of holding value as time goes on, and Infiniti is one of those brands. For example, an Infiniti from 2013 would have, by now, lost about 60% of its value. Looking at it another way, it still holds about 40% of its original value, which is pretty decent considering it’s nearly a decade old. So if you’re looking for a ride that will pass the ‘adult test’, a used G37 could easily fit the bill, so long as it’s in decent condition.
