How much should I tip for car detailing?

If I get my car detailed, should I tip? I recently took my car in to be cleaned. The workers were polite and did a great job—but I wasn't sure if I was supposed to throw them some extra money. If so, how much?

“If you want tip car detailers for exceptional work, 10% to 20% of the cost of the detail should suffice—although it’s not mandatory. We’re sure they’d appreciate it though!
Since car care is clearly a priority for you, you might find this basic car maintenance schedule handy. Staying on top of regular maintenance will ensure your ride remains in great shape for years to come.
Make room in your budget for regular car maintenance by saving money on car insurance with Jerry. In less than 45 seconds, Jerry collects all of your information from your existing insurer and delivers competitive quotes from up to 50 top insurance companies directly to your phone—for free.”
