How much is a used Kia Optima?
So, we promised our son we’d buy him a car once he got his driver’s license if he kept his grades up. He did, and has asked for…a brand-new Hyundai Veloster. We flat-out refused and countered with a quality used car. He was miffed, but decided that driving a “jalopy” (his word) was better than enduring the humiliation of walking to school. Kudos to sticking to your guns and steering your newly-licensed child away from the very quick Veloster, and towards a quality used Kia Optima, which costs about $16,032 on average. That said, the price will vary depending on the model year, mileage on the Optima, and its condition as well.
