How much force does it take to bend a car frame?

I have a 2010 Raptor. I do a lot of off-roading and I'm worried about the stress I put on my car. How hard would it be to bend the frame?

“It takes a serious amount of force to
bend the frame
of your vehicle, so most people won’t ever have to worry about this problem.
However, if you are off-roading at high speeds, there’s a chance you could hit a deep hole that would affect the structural integrity of your truck.
If you’re worried about this, purchase a frame reinforcement kit. Damaging the frame of your car can make it unsafe to drive, so having extra protection is always worth it.
Be sure to follow a routine
maintenance schedule
as well. Your mechanic can identify any issues before they may cause serious problems.
Since you use your vehicle for off-roading, check your insurance coverages as well. Having full coverage on your vehicle may help with any repairs if you collide with a tree or damage your truck.
