How much does it cost to register a classic car in Wyoming?
Are there any restrictions for classic car coverage? I want to register my 1983 Porsche 944 as a classic car. How much does it cost?

Wyoming
, the fee to register a vehicle as antique is $10. However, there are additional requirements your vehicle must meet. To register an antique vehicle the following must apply:
- The vehicle is older than 25 years.
- You’ve been a resident of Wyoming for at least one year.
- The vehicle is only operated for special occasions like car clubs, exhibitions, etc.
- The vehicle is never used for general transportation.
If your 1983 Porsche 944 meets these requirements, you’re able to register it as an antique vehicle with the state. You’ll receive special plates from the DMV that will identify it as an antique vehicle as well.”
