Does a salvage title decrease the value of a car significantly? I’ve been thinking about buying a car with a salvage title and practicing by repairing it, but I want to make sure that I’m not paying too much for it.

salvage title
will devalue a car by between 20% and 40%, depending on the extent of the damage to the vehicle and the type of car.
