How much do electric cars cost in Oklahoma?

Great news! We’re moving to Tusla, Oklahoma since both my sons got into the college and my husband got teaching there. We’re likely going to be switching vehicles soon as well, so I’m curious about how much electric cars cost in Oklahoma.

Congrats! It seems like university is a family affair! Buying an electric car in Oklahoma is pretty similar to buying one in any state, in fact, there are some incentive and rebate programs available but you must apply.
Drivers need to pay an annual registration fee for their vehicles and, depending on the weight, the fee could be $110 to $158. The
US Department of Energy
lists some of the incentive programs.
Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO)
customers may be eligible for up to $250 in rebates after the purchase of an electric vehicle charger.
The charger must have been new and purchased within the state. The Oklahoma Electric Cooperative (OEC) offers up to $200 in their rebate program for Plug-in Electric Vehicle (PEV) owners.
There are a number of great incentives for EVs, you just have to look. If you’re looking for a great insurance quote,
