- There are 286 public charging station ports (Level 2 and Level 3) in Honolulu within 15km. Level 2 stations offer 240V and Level 3 stations offer Direct Current (DC) **fast_ _charging. **With fast charging, you can expect a 40-mile range after a 15-minute charge. You’ll also get lower rates if you charge during daytime hours.
- Parking lots with more than 100 parking spaces are required to provide a charging station powered by companies like Greenlots, ChargePoint, and OpConnect, according to state law.
- By the famous Waikiki Beach, there is a free charging station and a fast-charging station (DCFC). Honolulu Airport also has a level 2 charging station.
