How many Nissan 350Z models were made?

My dad is a muscle-car enthusiast, and he still speaks fondly of his Nissan 350Z. I was hoping we could find one to fix up for him, but they seem rare these days. How many 350Zs were produced by Nissan?

Your dad has great taste in sports cars! You’re right that the
Nissan 350Z
is rare, though. There were 173,924 produced during its six-year run from 2002 to 2008.
As the fifth generation of Nissan Z-Cars, the 350Z was a spritely two-door, two-seater ride intended to enhance Nissan’s stake in the market for the second half of the decade. The 350Z paid homage to the beloved 240Z with its sharp design and coupe features.
It boasted a 3.5L V6 engine with a zero to 60 mph time of 5.9 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph. While the 350Z was intended for the USA and Canadian markets, there are exactly 66 of them still on UK roads today.
