You’ll be charged with a class B misdemeanor, which is punishable by up to six months in jail and a $500 fine.That isn’t to say that driving 10 MPH over the speed limit won’t affect you, though! If you’re pulled over for going 10 to 19 MPH over the speed limit, you’ll be hit with anything from a $55 to $110 speeding ticket fine, depending on where you are.
