How many Kia Stinger Scorpions were made?

My dad is a big Kia fan and gets a Kia catalog sent to his house. I was flipping through one from 2021 and saw the Kia Stinger Scorpion limited edition model to be released with the 2022 Stinger—so cool! I’m in the market for a new car, and this might be a fantasy for the price, but how limited edition was this car? How were they made in total?

You’ve got good taste! The Kia Stinger Scorpion was very limited edition.

In total, there were just 250 Kia Stinger Scorpions made for the 2022 Kia Stinger model. It was able to be added to the already decked-out GT2 trim for an additional $1,295 and was set to include:

Blacked-out fender trim
Darker trimmed exhaust pipes
Matching body-color rear spoiler
Carbon fiber interior accents
Choice of red or black Nappa leather upholstery

If you like your car with some blacked-out features and a darker overall look, the Scorpion is a solid choice, if expensive. It had MSRPs of $53,630 for the rear-wheel drive model and $55,830 for the all-wheel drive model—so if you can’t exactly afford that at the moment, hold onto your fantasy for the future!
