How many Honda Del Sols were made?
My dad used to have a little Honda Del Sol, and he loved it dearly. Unfortunately, he had to sell it for the sake of practicality once my brother was born—I think he still misses it. Anyways, I’m looking for a unique birthday gift for my old man, and the Del Sol seems like a good option. I’m just not sure if any are left on the road. How many Del Sols did Honda make?

made 74,936 Del Sol models from 1993 to 1998, but no one’s quite sure how many are still around.When the car came out, it wasn’t necessarily a collector’s car, and its popularity didn’t really increase until a decade or so after it was discontinued. —25 years or older—means that it’s now fetching a premium price.Don’t be surprised if a Del Sol that’s in decent shape costs you between $12,000 and $15,000. But if you’re willing to plop down the cash, you might just have the best gift your old man has ever received.
