—and it could definitely be considered rare when you weigh it against mass-produced passenger vehicles! An estimated 31,500 Dodge Vipers were made from 1992 to 2017. The Dodge Viper has been lauded as one of the most American cars—more than 75% of its composite parts are made in the U.S.A. But not all Dodge Vipers were produced solely for the American market. Here are the estimated Dodge Viper production numbers for international markets:
- U.S. market: 27,720 units
- Canadian market: 2,050 units
- Foreign markets: 1,730 units
