How many Dodge Challenger Hellcats were made?

I’m researching Hellcat engines, but I’m having trouble identifying specific numbers for certain models. Specifically, how many Dodge Challenger Hellcats were made?

Since the debut of the Hellcat engine in the Dodge Challenger nearly nine years ago,
Dodge
has made over 40,000 turbocharged Challengers.
Some 6,000 were made for the 2020 production year, while 2021 and 2022 saw production numbers of around 2,000 and 5,000 models, respectively. For 2023, Challenger Hellcats will return—although it may be their last year on the market. The Challenger Hellcat is available in five trims: the original Hellcat, the Hellcat Widebody, the Hellcat Redeye, the Hellcat Redeye Widebody, the Super Stock, and the supercharged Hemi.
Unfortunately, it’s hard to pin down an exact number when it comes to the number of total units produced, as the Dodge brand doesn’t release production breakdowns by model. On the bright side, the Challenger isn’t the only Dodge model with a Hellcat engine! Other models sporting the Hellcat include the
Charger SRT
(known as the world’s fastest sedan) and the
Durango SRT
.
