Many car companies are planning to switch to electric and hybrid fleets in the coming years and many countries are looking to ban traditional fuel engine vehicles. According to Torque News, in the next three years, 20% of car sales worldwide will be electric.
This is predicted to reach 40% by the year 2030. To support this predicted wave of EVs, governments will have to ensure that the infrastructure can sustain growth in the EV car industry.
