I’m going to Indiana University for college and my dad said I won’t need my car, but it seems like the kind of area where having a car would be a good idea. How many cars are there in Indiana? Should I bring mine?

Indiana
. This means that Indiana has a pretty average number of cars compared to other states in the U.S.However, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you should or shouldn’t bring your car to college with you! There are a few different factors to consider:
- There is a good public transportation system in Bloomington, Indiana.
- If you live close to campus, you’ll be able to walk. But if you live far away, having a car can be useful.
- Parking on campus can be expensive.
- If you want to travel home, having a car can be helpful.
- It’s much easier to get groceries, move furniture, and get to work when you have a vehicle.
