How many BMW Z4 coupes were made?

I love BMW’s history and am interested in learning a bit more about the Z4 specifically. Do you know how many BMW Z4 coupes were made?

BMW has a pretty interesting history! Here’s what we can tell you about the Z4. The North American (United States and Canada) production total for BMW Z4 coupe models was 3,919 units. Even from its introduction in 2006, the coupe was relatively rare. In its first 13 months on the market, the roadster outsold it at a ratio of seven to one.
The first generation of the BMW Z4 consists of the BMW E85 (roadster version) and BMW E86 (coupe version) sports cars. Initial models were in the roadster (E85) body style, with the coupe (E86) body style being added in 2006. Both the E85 and the E86 were manufactured solely in Greer, South Carolina.
If you can get your hands on a BMW Z4 coupe, we recommend you scoop it up! It’s definitely a future classic car that’s sure to be worth quite a bit of money someday.
