How many BMW HP4s were made?
I’m a huge fan of BMW and I recently found out they also produce motorcycles! I’m trying to learn everything I can about them and so far I really like the HP4. How many BMW HP4s were made in total?

BMW
has been producing motorcycles through its BMW Motorrad division since 1928. While it’s hard to track down exact numbers, the current estimation is that a total of 6,000 BMW HP4s were made.The HP4 was produced from 2012 to 2014 following the HP2 Sport which had previously been produced in much smaller numbers from 2008 to 2012. A limited-edition HP4 Race was introduced for a very short production in 2017 totaling an additional 750 units for the nameplate.
Of the 6,000 HP4s made, only a fraction came to the United States. You may have a hard time getting your hands on one, and there’s a good chance you’ll have to meet an expensive price tag to call it yours.
The purchase price isn’t the only expense to consider either! While you won’t need to buy
car insurance
for an HP4, you will need to pay for a motorcycle insurance
