The 2003 M45 occupied a middle ground that would’ve been an especially appealing option to a driver looking for something more luxurious than an economy sedan, but who preferred not to splurge all the way on a luxury vehicle.
For the 2005 model year, Infiniti phased out the M45 as it redesigned the M model lineup and the M45 was discontinued.
Since so few were sold in the United States market, it might be difficult to find one these days, but it’s always worth keeping an eye out for if you’re really serious about buying one for yourself. Kelley Blue Book places a fair market range for a 2003 Infiniti M45 in good condition to fall between about $3,000 and $5,000.
