How long is the Mazda CX-5 warranty?
I have a 2020 Mazda CX-5, and I think something is wrong with the transmission or gear shifter. But I guess I lost the paperwork on my warranty so I don’t know if it’s still covered. How long is the Mazda CX-5 warranty?

If you haven’t driven your car for over 36,000 miles, your 2020
CX-5
should still be under factory warranty. If you’ve driven fewer than 60,000 miles, it’s still under the powertrain warranty, too, which is what would likely cover your gear shifter and transmission. Here’s how long each of these warranties last:
- Mazda new car factory warranty: 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first
- Mazda powertrain warranty: 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first
