How long is Honda’s powertrain warranty?

I think I’m having issues with my Honda’s engine and am wondering if it’ll still be covered under my warranty?

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing engine issues! All new
Honda
vehicles are covered by a 60-month/60,000-mile powertrain limited warranty. If you purchased one of Honda’s extended warranties, then you’ll have coverage for up to 8 years/120,000 miles, depending on the policy.
Regardless of which warranty you have, the powertrain warranty covers all the mechanical parts that are responsible for powering your vehicle—namely, the engine, transmission, transaxle, drivetrain, and restraint system.
Honda requires that factory technicians perform all repairs and use genuine Honda parts, so you’ll need to take your car to a dealership for any covered services. You may also be required to show proof of routine maintenance to qualify for certain covered repairs. This can include everything from oil changes to mileage-based tune-ups to suggested services.
You’ll also need to purchase the
car insurance
coverage that your state requires. And if you want to save money on it, the
