I'm moving out of state real soon and I need to offload my financed car ASAP. How long will a transfer take?

“The most time-consuming part of transferring a car loan to another person is finding someone who wants to take over your payments. If you already have someone lined up to transfer the loan to, then it shouldn’t take long from there. While I can’t give you an exact timeline, every lender has their own policies and should be able to guide you through the loan-transfer process in a timely manner. “

Is there such a thing as too much auto insurance when you're also a homeowner?
My wife and I are in the market for our first home. She thinks we need to increase our auto insurance limits to $1 million; I think the current limits of 50/100/50 are fine. The budget for the house is only $150,000. What do you think?
