How long does it take to charge a Tesla car?
I love hybrid and electric cars. I don’t own a Tesla, but I am seriously considering buying one! I’m just a little nervous about the charge time, though. How long does it take to charge the battery?

Great question! The time it takes to fully charge a Tesla car will depend on the car’s make and model, but it can take anywhere between three and 11 hours to fully charge a Tesla. The newer models have charge times around seven hours, and run for an average of about 330 miles before needing to charge again.
If you’re wondering how to know if a Tesla is fully charged, there are two very common ways to check. You can see the vehicle’s charge on the Tesla’s display, of course, but you can also monitor the charge with the Tesla mobile app.
