How long does it take to cancel my car insurance?

I just found out that there are apps that track your driving and give you discounts! My car insurance policy is with Encompass. Do they have one of these telematics apps?

So, my Lexus IS 250 has multiple odometer trips that can track separately. But I’d like to be able to wipe one of those trips and set it back to 0. Is that possible? If so, how do I do it?
