“Return policies are different for every dealer and are not federally mandated. Some dealerships will allow you to return a vehicle in new condition within a specified timeframe, which is laid out in the agreement you signed when you purchased the car. However, others will not allow returns.
Your best course of action would be to review your copy of the paperwork, or to call the dealer and ask about their return policy.
