My husband and I are looking to add on to our garage, but we want to make sure it will fit both of our cars. How large is a standard two-car garage?

Keeping your cars in the garage when not in use is a great way to protect your vehicles. You must be excited about the extension!
Most experts suggest that a two-car garage measures 24 feet wide and 24 feet deep, or 576 square feet. However, a two-car garage can be as small as 18 feet wide and 20 feet deep, or 360 square feet if you don’t have enough land for the larger option.
