and need to access the radiator, be sure to let your car cool down for at least an hour so you—and your hands—don’t meet the same fate as your friend.
By nature of their job, radiators run hot. That being said, if the coolant inside your radiator reaches 240F, your radiator is a little too hot. And, if it reaches 260F, engine damage is sure to follow.
