How good is Urgently's roadside assistance service and what does it cover?

"I was shopping for a roadside assistance company and came across Urgently. I don't know much about them.

Is it a good service? What do they cover?"

“Urgently generally gets favorable reviews from customers on most customer review websites (about 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5). It’s not as reputable as companies like
AAA
, but it still might be a good option for you based on the coverage.
However, it’s not like your normal roadside assistance service. It’s like Uber for roadside assistance. So when you need a technician or tow, you’ll go into the app, select the service you need, and you’ll get a quote (much like Uber or Lyft).
Prices start at $99 for a 10-mile tow or $75 for a tire change, battery jump, etc.
If you’ve had roadside assistance for years, never used it, but paid for it monthly, Urgently might be an option to get you out of a jam. Otherwise, going with a membership to AAA or your
car insurance
company is far cheaper.”
