How does rental reimbursement work in Georgia?
If I'm not at fault in an accident, will the other driver's insurance pay for my rental car? Or do I need rental reimbursement on my own policy to get a rental car covered?
“Every carrier has different terms and conditions for rental reimbursement coverage.
If you have rental coverage, most carriers only provide coverage if you are processing a claim through your own policy. The other driver’s insurance will pay for your rental car if they’re at fault, regardless of what type of coverage you have on your own policy. “
