“Writing a claim letter can definitely be daunting, but it’s nothing you can’t handle!
In your
claim
letter, you’ll need to include:
  • Your full name and contact information
  • The date and location of your injury
  • A quick description of the accident
  • The name, contact information, and insurance policy number of the at-fault party
  • The date you wrote the letter
  • Your signature
Be sure to make a copy of your signed letter, so you can reference it in the future. Be aware, you might notice an increase in your car insurance premium after an accident.
