How do you use a Honda car starter?

I just got a new Honda and I’m not sure how to use the remote car starter. What do I do?

Nice! I’m betting you’ll love your new ride—at least once you learn how to use all its fancy features.
Here’s how to use a Honda car starter:
  • First, press the LOCK button on your key fob.
  • Next, press and hold the REMOTE START button for 5 seconds. You should see the lights on your
    Honda
     flash.
  • If the lights don’t flash, you’ll need to repeat this process.
  • Once your car starts, your engine will run for 10 minutes before shutting off automatically.
  • If you’d like to turn your engine off before the 10 minutes are up, simply press the REMOTE START button again.
