Even if you’ve never shopped online for insurance before, don’t stress! Shopping online for insurance is often easier than going about it the traditional way. To start, begin by
requesting quotes
from multiple companies.When requesting quotes, have all your information on hand. Doing so will ensure you’re getting an accurate quote. Insurance companies will need:
- Your driver’s license number
- VIN (vehicle identification number)
- Date of birth
- Address
- Current insurance information
- Accident or claim history
- Social Security number
With this information, you can request quotes through a company’s website or use
