How do you reset the oil life on a 2015 Honda Odyssey?
What steps should I take to reset the oil life in my 2015 Honda Odyssey? I had my sister change the oil for me—but she forgot to have the mechanic reset the oil life indicator.

The oil life indicator in your
Honda Odyssey
is a handy feature that many owners seem to forget about. Follow these steps to reset the oil life in your 2015 Honda Odyssey:- Turn your ignition to the RUN position, but don’t turn on your car.
- Use the up and down arrows on your steering wheel to access the Vehicle Settings menu.
- Press the select/reset button to choose the menu option.
- Navigate to the *Maintenance Reset** option with the steering wheel arrow buttons.
- When you select this option, you’ll see the oil life reset option appear on your screen. Select the Reset option.
- When you do this, the display will turn off, and the oil life will return to 100%.
- Turn off your car entirely, then start your engine to make sure the oil life was properly reset.
Remember not to change your oil life indicator until after you get an oil change. Changing it sooner could result in improper
car maintenance
