How do you reset a Kia Soul ! Odometer?
I’m selling my 2019 Kia Soul !, and my dad is saying I need to “reset the odometer” before the buyer comes to collect it. I don’t know what that means or what the odometer even does. Could you point me in the right direction?

—also known as the Kia Soul Exclaim.The odometer is the gauge on your dashboard that shows you the car’s mileage. When your dad says you should “reset the odometer,” he really means resetting the trip odometer, or trip computer.
You can’t reset the mileage, and shouldn’t want to anyway. It’s important to know how many miles a car has been driven for maintenance purposes, as well as for

and vehicle registration and countless other reasons.To reset the trip computer, use the up and down arrows on your steering wheel, found in a cluster on the left side of the wheel, to navigate to the trip information. Now simply press and hold the “down” arrow for a moment, and the information should reset.
