How do you report someone for driving without a license?

I know that my neighbor lost his license because of his DUIs, but I’ve seen him driving around the neighborhood lately. It makes me nervous because I know he still drinks, and I don’t want anyone to get hurt. How can I report him?

That does sound scary! Usually, the best way to
report someone
for driving without a license is to contact your local DMV. You’ll have to provide your neighbor’s first and last name and some information about his vehicle, so have those details ready.
You can also report him to the police. If you believe that your neighbor is drinking and driving, you should mention that in your report. You’ll still have to provide information about your neighbor and his vehicle to the police, so be prepared to answer those questions if you decide to go this route.
In the meantime, you can ease your mind a little by making sure that you’re well covered by your insurance policy. The
