How do you report someone for driving without a full license?
I feel like I need to report one of my friends for driving without a full license. I don’t want them to get into trouble, but they’ve been driving while they’re a little drunk and it makes me really worried for them. I’m hoping that if they get into trouble for driving without a full license, it’ll scare them into not drinking and driving anymore.

It does sound like you should report your friend as soon as possible since drinking and driving is really dangerous. The easiest way to report someone for
driving without a full license
is to contact the DMV. You’ll need to provide the person’s full name and the type of vehicle that they drive so that the DMV can match the driver to their records.
You can also contact the local police to report your friend’s behavior. If you do this, it’s possible that your friend will get a warning visit from the cops. However, it’s also possible that the police won’t have time to deal with the situation, so it’s usually best to contact the DMV as well.
