How do you report a car blocking your driveway?

How frustrating!
The first thing you should do is call 311—not to be confused with 911. Tell the operator there’s a vehicle blocking your driveway, as well as the location, the plate number, and the type of vehicle. A police unit will be sent to issue that vehicle a ticket.
It’s important to note you can report a vehicle that is partially or fully blocking your driveway. There is no guarantee, however, that the police will ticket the driver.
