Opening a Cadillac key fob can feel a little intimidating if you’ve never tried it before! Luckily, doing so just takes a few simple steps. To open your Cadillac’s key fob and replace the battery:
- Press the release button on the side of your fob and remove the emergency key
- Using your key or a flathead screwdriver, gently pry open the key fob
Once you open the fob, you’ll have easy access to the battery to switch out the old one and replace it with a new one.
