How do you renew an expired car insurance policy online?

My Traveler’s policy is expired and I don't have auto-renew setup. Can you tell me how to renew my expired car insurance policy online?

Renewing your coverage is easy, but it is something you should address ASAP to avoid driving without car insurance, which is considered illegal in most states.
If you’ve let your policy expire, you may be able to renew it through Traveler’s online portal, but contacting a representative directly may be a better option. They should be able to reinstate your policy, though you may have to pay a penalty for letting it lapse.
Most policies last six months to a year, and after that point they are up for renewal, meaning you can either continue coverage with Travelers or shop around for another insurance company.
When you let your coverage lapse, you will often have a higher premium in the future. It’s worth shopping around to find the best deals. Try using the number-one-rated car insurance app, Jerry, to compare personalized quotes from more than 50 top providers, including Nationwide and Travelers. Good luck with your policy!
