You can remove those annoying spots by mixing one part white vinegar and one part distilled water (not tap water) in a spray bottle. Spray the solution on the spots, wait for 10 minutes, and wipe it off. Your car should be clean!

Scrubbing with a clay bar
Buying a water spot remover or mineral deposit remover
