How do you remove acid rain spots from car windows?

We just had an acid rainstorm this week and now my car’s windows have spots on them. How do I clean them?

Oh no, I’m sorry that happened to you and your car! The good news with acid rain is that, as tough as the stains may look, removing them is pretty easy.
To do it, all you’re going to need is vinegar, water, a spray bottle, and a cloth.
Once you have your materials gathered, do the following:
  • Fill the spray bottle with about a cup of vinegar and top off the bottle with rest to dilute the mixture.
  • Spray each spot with the mixture.
  • Wipe the spray off in a circular motion with a clean part of your cloth. Use a microfiber cloth to avoid streaks.
