How do you remove a Honda Accord wiper arm?

What do I need to do to remove the wiper arm on my Honda Accord? I’m doing some car maintenance, and I want to replace it—but I don’t want to break anything by accident.

Windshield wipers are an essential part of maintaining good visibility on the road! Luckily, all you need to do to take off your Honda Accord’s windshield wiper arm is remove the retaining nut located below the windshield.
You can do this with a pair of pliers or a wrench. Be sure to put the nut in a safe place since you’ll need it to attach the new wiper arm later.
Once you’ve removed the nut, you should be able to:
  • Pull off the windshield wiper arm, and
  • replace it with the new arm.
If you’d like, you can also remove the wiper blade from the arm before you detach it to make it easier to handle.
Since you’re already taking the time to replace your
