How do you put smoke stacks on a truck?

I want to install some smoke stacks on my truck, but I’d like to do it at home to save some money. How exactly do you put smoke stacks on a truck?

Great idea! If you’re looking for how to put smoke stacks on a truck, it’s definitely doable at home! Just follow these steps:
  • Cut a hole in the bed of the truck where the exhaust pipe goes to the back
  • Cut the pipe so that when one of the elbows is put on the end, it points at the opening of the bed
  • Attach a Y-shaped pipe to the elbow
  • Now, run the pipe from the Y to the elbows turned up at the side of the bed
  • Mount the stacks to the elbows
  • Attach the stacks to the top of the bed rail using two muffler clamps
With that done, you’re good to go!
