garage door opener only takes a few minutes to set up! Just follow these steps:- Hold your hand-held opener a few inches from the Homelink buttons on your rearview mirror
- Press and hold the Homelink button and the garage door opener button at the same time
- Wait for the red flashing light on the Homelink system to change from a slow flash to a rapid blink
- Release the buttons
- Hold down the programmed Homelink button for two seconds to complete the process
And there you have it, you’re programmed! Eager to test it out? Close your garage, press the programmed Homelink button, and watch your door open before you!
