How do you program a 2021 Audi Q5 garage door opener?

I just got a brand new Audi, and I can't figure out how to pair the garage door opener with my system. How do you program a 2021 Audi Q5 garage door opener?

Congrats on the new
Audi Q5
! You can easily program your garage door opener by following these steps:
  • Make sure your vehicle is in park with the ignition on to begin the pairing process.
  • Open the status bar by touching near the top of your screen.
  • From there, select the home link icon. It looks like a little house with an arrow pointing inside.
  • Select Yes, program now.
  • Hold the transmitter near the rearview mirror and hold down the button. The garage door should open.
  • Continue holding the button until a message appears confirming your opener has been programmed.
And voila! You have a fully operational garage door opener for your 2021 Audi Q5.
