How do you pop the hood on a Honda CR-V?
I bought my car two years ago, and I noticed one of the headlight beams is dimmer than the other. I think it’s time to replace the faulty headlight bulb. I think that part will be easy, but I can’t figure out how to pop the hood! Where is the hood release lever in a Honda CR-V?

, you’re right—you need to open the hood.To pop the hood on a Honda CR-V, follow these steps:
- Unlock the vehicle with your key fob. Open the door on the driver’s side.
- Under the dashboard on the driver side, locate the hood release latch on the left side of the kick panel. The kick panel is the trim near the pedals.
- Pull the lever to pop the hood.
