Subaru
Outback, follow these simple steps:- Open the driver’s door and look to the left, on the bottom of the dashboard, and under the steering column. You’ll find the latch here with a picture of the hood open.
- Pull the latch towards you.
- Locate the secondary lever between the front grill and the hood above the Subaru emblem. Pull the lever to the left to open the hood completely.
Always make sure your engine has cooled off before touching any engine components!
